Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is 3 years which contains field projects, assignments and the institute was divided in 6 segments Soil Physics, Soil Chemistry and Fertility, Soil Biology, Environmental Soil Science, Statistics and Computer Application Section, Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit (AKMU). The main focus of our research was to to promote scientific research on soil sciences.
Placement Experience
Our institute conducts several workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits to train students for corporate world. However many students wish to pursue research in soil science to develop new technologies.

The fee structure is variable for every institute. The fee expenses at the institute are feasible and the college encourages the students by providing various scholarships and fellowships as per the norms.

The institute is equipped with all the required facilities for soil and plant analysis. The institute is involved in inventing new and reformative methods to increase soil productivity in India with least environmental degradation..
Admission
My admission to this institute was done by clearing CISR-UGC exam .I was shortlisted among the highest scorers. Then I was called for counselling and walk in interviews with the duly filled application form at IISS office in Bhopal. I carried all the required documents for the interview.
Faculty
Faculty is probably one of the best. They are really helpful, friendly and motivating at the same time. You can call them anytime and they are always available for your help. They maintained contacts with the students in the field (on and off campus).
