My journey at Pearl academy

The course curriculum was a collaboration of technology and contemporary fashion ethics. The advanced syllabus of the academy included subjects such as fashion design culture, fashion techniques and design of materials in the first year. Practical teaching methodology started to increase from the first year to the third year.

This college has the best placement record of 100%. The highest package here is more than 12 lakhs and the average package is approx 7 lakhs .Internship opportunities are also provided to various students, as this college has international linkages. Some of the top companies that visit the campus are Myntra, H&M, caratlane jewels.

The fee structure is very expensive as per semester the fee is INR 2,17,500.The total cost for my course was approx 22 lakhs, which is a very huge amount. Several scholarships are also provided by the college on the basis of entrance exam. The fee keeps on increasing per year at 8% rate, which makes it even more expensive. Other fees such as exam fees of 15,500 is also charged every semester.

We were provided many extracurricular activities such as sports and games. Many labs are also available here such as art design labs, art rooms,sewing and cutting labs, photography lab and open labs. These labs helped me in my interpersonal growth by inculcating good communication skills and various other leadership qualities. Many workshops and seminars are also organized by the academy which gives us the apt industry exposure.

We have got hostels of top-notch facilities which includes fully furnished AC rooms,study tables,dressing mirror,mini lounge areas and attached washrooms with geysers and automatic washing machines. The yearly cost for the hostel is INR 3,03,250, which is little pricey but actually have good value for money. The infrastructure is very good and beautiful. Recreational areas, indoor games, dining areas are some of the other facilities provided here.

I got admission here by applying online , after that an entrance exam was conducted which included a design aptitude test and a general proficiency test. After clearing the test there was also a personal interview. Further, after admission I got a call to submit my various documents.

This college has highly motivated learned and more talented faculty for all the departments. They are highly knowledgeable, well qualified and are ready to teach students on the latest technology and techniques. Here it is a diverse teaching culture as, there are several international teachers in this college.
