In this 2 year course our main work is to perform research about vegetables their management and its farming. The course structure keeps on updating time to time according to the latest trends. It includes numerous topics in reference to vegetable crops such as their breeding and their growth

There are ample of job opportunities after the degree like you can apply for the District Horticulture Officer or District Agriculture Officer through the examination that are conducted by State Public Service Commission. Throughout our course proper guidance is provided by the college to us regarding placements and other career opportunities in this field.

Our college ensures quality education at minimal charges. The fee here is not expensive at all. Many types of scholarships are provided to students on the basis of their percentage, parents income and also for those students also whose parents are working in defense.

Our college provides us with many facilities such as gym, hostel, library, infirmary,sports complex and wifi. I got admission in this college by applying online on the website though, offline mode was also available but was not convenient for me. I'm a student of MHU Karnal and I'm currently pursuing my MSc in horticulture along with specialization in vegetable science. After my BSc in agriculture from a recognized institute, I applied for the CCS HAU entrance test and managed to get admission here in MHU.
