Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum has different subjects and helps you get knowledge on different topics. Students get to explore many areas. There are semester wise exams. Some subjects have written and some subjects have jury presentation.
Placement Experience
Many companies come for placements. Students are selected based on their skills and performance. Students are allowed to do internship based on their interests. Many students opt to go for internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a little expensive. Being a design college, many tools, equipment, technology, labs, materials is required. Because of this it becomes expensive. But it is better as compared to other private colleges.
Campus Life
They are many extracurricular activities also happening. There are activities like games, fashion shows, competitions on regular basis in which the students participate. There is sports fest converge also that happens every year. There are computer labs and stitching labs and other equipment required.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are different from branch to branch. Most of the branches provide hostel facilities only for girls. Here in nift , the hostel facilities for girls is available in the campus. The hostel infrastructure is good.
Admission
Eligibility criteria for UG courses is to pass in class 12 examinations; MFM needs a pass in three-year bachelor? degree in any discipline. Admission to NIFT can be gained through NIFT Entrance Exam conducted at national level. The criterion of selection of eligible candidates is strictly premised on their performance in entrance exam, situation test and GD/PI (in case of MFM).
Faculty
The faculty is well experienced and helpful. They explain the concepts easily. They guide you throughout and help in learning many things. They interact with the students and solve all the queries. They use good teaching methods.
