The atmosphere of our college is such that it gives students best education about the music industry , give them opportunities so that they are frequently engaged with the top artists of the industry to learn all the skills and tricks.We also have real time workshops , MMI connects , Super Saturdays , Jam sessions to groom the students in their filed. At last I would highly recommend this college to those students who are aspiring to be musician and for those people also who are a little bit confused about the future prospects.
Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of my course is 12 months . This course offers the students to learn the Indian music theories and the concepts which can be used for the music production.In the first six months we were taught about the theories of Bollywood music, western music , the kind of composition style in Indian classical and non classical music , world music and lastly folk music.Moreover we have various practical sessions , live performances, discussion sessions so that we become proficient in using these music theories and composing methods in our own composition.
Placement Experience
The location of our college is such that many high profile musicians and composers visit our college to select students to can prove their worth in the music industry. Thus the placement packages are comparatively high than any other music institute.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my course is around 1,40000, which I consider is comparatively a little high . But seeing the music exposure that we are provided at our college is really commendable and thus the fees does not come into any one's mind.
Campus Life
We have many jam sessions , workshops , cultural music organised at our college.This year Wangching Konyak , a keyboardist from our college gave a wonderful performance on 'Nawabzaade' song.our college also provides us with Stage jam room for best band rehearsal experience.Many other dance performances , music nights , are held at our college to help students in refining their skills.
Admission
You need to apply online to get admission in this college. Fill in with all the details and upload the necessary documents that is asked . Thereafter you have to fill the course in which you want to seek admission.At last pay the registration fees.The merit list will be published on the college website , I had my name in the second merit list and thus was granted admission in the college.
