I am very happy that I was able to complete my education in the field of my choice due to the available of the course in Mangalore University, Center for Distance Education. I could now have the future I want to.
Course Curriculum Overview
The BBA course is of three years and the course material was provided by the college itself after completing the admission formalities. There was a time table for each subject and the students had to be present for the online classes on the given time.
Placement Experience
Since I had a family business I was not involved in any placement discussions that took place in the college. However, there were online counselling sessions for students who wished to seek placement options.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The first year fee for the BBA course was Rs. 6000 and the second third year course fee was Rs. 4500 each. I can say that this is a feasible course fee for distance education format and can be afforded by most people.
Campus Life
There were many events that were organized by the college but unfortunately I had never been able to be present for any events due to my distance from the college. I would have liked to take part in some events at least.
Admission
I opted for engineering after my 10+2 but was unable to continue with the course since I was not at all interested. I had a family business and wanted to get involved in it. This is why I wanted to study business administration but only through correspondence. Mangalore University, Center for Distance Education gave me the opportunity to pursue my desired course through their distance learning program.
Faculty
The faculties were really nice and polite. They were also qualified and knew the right way to teach in an online course. They were very attentive to the students and made sure that are queries are answered at the end of each class.
