Remarks

My answer is nope for any bad remarks for my college including management and infrastructure.

Entrance Preview

In GATE I have scored 42.33 marks out of 100. I have done M.Tech in MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY in the NIT campus one of the best institute for engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

Semester system haveing 4 Semester (two year) course. Each course of 14 credits and last semester is dissertation that is a review (thesis) work and degree is in CGPA.

Internships Opportunities

Stipend for M.Tech students was Rs 8000 per month. Every student work as a lecturer at least eight hour in a week taking B.Tech students Lab and lectures.

Placement Experience

100% placement of students haveing good academic record. Company like Honda,Tcs ,Maruti,Info-sys and many more. Dream package for a student was five to eight lakh per year.

College Events

College events techNITi' ,Utkansh and many short term course. TechNITi' is a technical fest and utkansh is cultural one haveing kavi samalen dance and fashion show.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was feasible even for poor students. Fees was Rs 40000 per year including Hostel,medical,Internet and sports facilities and Rs 15000 Mess charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Each gate qualified students got the scholarship of rs 8000 per month. Fund was provided by MHRD that is center government.

Campus Life

Campus life was awesome every year short term courses was organized by the various departments and college team gone for national event. Sports facility was extraordinary even a indoor stadium open 24 hr a day.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels was in sharing two students in room. Room was fully furnished including Internet connection.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

My senior students helps a lot in the college life and even in my placement a major role played by my senior like which company is better for me in future.

Exam Structure

In a semester five to six subjects according to syllabus including their respective labs if any every semester two labs.

Faculty

Highly Qualified faculty most of them are Ph.D in their respective field. Ph.D's from IIT's and Nit's and many research paper published in the international and national journals.

4 Placement Experience:

Teh campus placements are not that good for this course. It's good for BTECH students but for Mtech it is not at par. Till now for my batch hardly 5-6 companies came for internship out of which hardly 4 took the candidates.

The Placements at Lovely Professional University(LPU) are descent overall, especially for undergraduate program like B.Tech. But for for the Masters students the placements are not good, they focus on research work only.

if there are no backlogs student first gets a chance to be placed at a good company as an intern after 2 sem internship usually is for 3 & 4 sem. College makes sure you get a great company with high stipend and ppo offer also. after the internship completion either the student get placed at the same company or the placement drive also begins from 3 sem only where you can apply and get interviews with the organization

Course Curriculum Overview:

You will get many opportunities to furnish yourself as the faculty members are too supportive. You will get to know many conference on daily basis that can upheld your boost and make you morally supportive. Doing masters there would lack of strictness as they thought your are grown up, they considered you only for exams and other circulum activities. University should seriously take in action the role their teachers are playing as they sometimes bunk many classes. Exams are not that tough as you would require basic knowledge of your subject.

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
