Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that focus is given on research and analysis. The exam pattern is in a form of semester system and more or less the days are hectic only when practicals are scheduled.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is quite good and emroll students in various research projects in collaboration with World Health Organization which gives them exactly the kind of exposure they are in need of.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure for all the M.sc course is Rs 32000 for one year. It is a reasonable fees when it comes to various facilities which the college has got to provide. Compared to other colleges the fees is comparatively cheap.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activies are in the form of various summer internship programmes that are organized by the college every year. There is also various branches in student departments having research projects.

Admission

The admission procedure is based on the marks secured in the previous qualifying examination and is strictly based on merit. The interview process is for PhD courses and all the relevant details regarding documents are available on the website.

The faculty including the lab assistants are very helpful and supportive. They are also very motivated to teach and when I was doing my MSc. They were also very flexible when it comes to deadline and gave us ample time.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
