Course Curriculum Overview
My course of B.Sc in Physics is of 3 years divided into 6 semesters. Here they teaches us about fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, electric charges and fields along with logic circuits in detail. The exams are often held 2 times in a year along with small cyclic tests series for the revision of our latest studied topics in that particular week.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities and placements are very good in my course. The minimum package grabbed by a B.Sc student in physics is about 10 LPA and the highest package is around 12 to 15 LPA . Hence approximately 100% placements for B.Sc Physics are received by the students almost every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for doing B.Sc in Physics in my college is about 80,000 rupees per year, which according to me is quite feasible. This fee also includes the hostel rent along with the expenditure in food and our study material and other necessary things.
Campus Life
Our college provides an Olympic sized swimming pool, a very large football and relay ground along with basket ball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, which helps the student to increase their physical abilities. There are also Yoga classes in the morning, which helps the students start the day with a clear mind.
Alumni/Alumna
The Seniors of my college are almost an elder sibling to me, as they are always ready to help their juniors as if we were their pupil. Seniors of my college are very helpful in times of our daily cyclic exams as they help us in tackling the paper due to their experience, which can help to uplift an average person to outshine his or her appearance and talents.
Admission
Students who have passed Higher Secondary Examinations or Examinations recognized as equivalent with at least 50% marks are eligible for admission in my college. Thereafter, the students have to give the entrance exams for admission and are later selected on the basis of their merit list.
Faculty
The Teachers of my college have tremendous teaching skills in physics which helps the students to understand the hard topics like semiconductors and dielectrics, capacitance, magnetic and electric fields, up to a great extent. The teachers are also regular and punctual about their teaching schedule.
