Course Curriculum Overview

We have a really good course, We have a total of four semesters, as we have a two year course and there is a two semester system, the curriculum is made keeping in mind a healthy student life.

Placement Experience

We have great placement opportunities at our college, multiple renowned companies offer internships to the students at our campus and the evaluation process of the students is done very strictly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for one year costs up to INR 7,612 and hence the fee for the entire two-year course is INR 15,224 which is very much feasible and can be afforded by students coming from both rich and poor economic backgrounds.

Campus Life

We have various events hosted at our college like, inter college competitions, cultural fests, sports tournaments, exhibitions, seminars, national day celebrations, festivals,etc. Students from other colleges engage and attend these events with great enthusiasm.

Admission

Getting admission was quite easy, more easier than getting admission for bachelors degree, I had to first apply to the college by filling the college application form, the I had to submit all my research works and marks scored in bachelor's degree, then I received an email suggesting my acceptance to this university.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
