The college is excellent with great academics and enough extra curricular to develop an individual in all round sense. College management is also great with great support for students and lot of independence to students and unions.
Entrance Preview
BITSAT - 2005 score: 302 I opted for this college because besides IITs, this was the best option option with great faculty and great curriculum which makes a person a complete all round personality.
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent curriculum with great flexibility anybody could take any course/electives with no restriction on attendence so that people can choose their courses of interest faculty and study accordingly. Great campus and atmosphere to grow all round with different activities and events going throughout the year.
Internships Opportunities
Great experience of college internship.You just need to fill internship forms stating your preferences for internship offered by companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart etc and college takes care of the rest. Great stipand of even upto 50k per month and there are internartional internships for Insead Business School (France) and Dreamworks(US) and many more.
Placement Experience
Placement is excellent with avg package of around 7-8 lpa min: 4-5 lpa and Max depends on the company (Google, Microsof, toracle have hired directly for US giving annualy more than 1.22 Crore INR.
College Events
Best events academics (APOGEE) every second semester and OASIS ( cultural festival ) every first semester. Besides there are lots of events throught the year which keeps students engaged.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is now a bit on higher side since the renovation of college hostels and also comparing fees of competitive colleges like IITs. Its around 1 Lac INR per semester now.

You can get loans easily if you get admission into BITS Pilanbi as it is one the best and prestigious colleges in the country today.Loan from all recognized banks are easily available like SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis etc.
Campus Life
Camous life is awesome with innumerable extracurricular activities and regular labs, along with all different competitions throughout the year. Events like OASIS (cultural),APOGEE(Acads) are very good. Gender Ratio is very good like Boys:Girls - 2:1. There are lot of workshops, hostel parties.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good and mess food is also very good as compared to other colleges.The bills of mess are ususally between 2k to 3k per month which is manageable.
Alumni/Alumna
The college alumni strength is very strong with many big shots like Sabeer Bhatia(Hotmail), TN sheshan(ex- election comissioner) and many more CEOs of top MNCs and network is excellent with lot of communities of BITS.
Exam Structure
Exam and labs were frequent to keep continuous learning and were frequent enough to be a bit hectic but produced the best students out of the college.
Faculty
Some of th ebest in the country with great proffessors like Dr, Sundar Balasubramanian, Dr Rahul Banerjee, Dr. JP Mishra (Computer Sciences), Dr. VK Chaubey(Electronics),Dr. Surekha Bhanot(Instrumentation), Dr.Sudipt Mohan(EEE),Dr. S Gurunarayanan (EEE) and many more.All are the best in their field and with great experience teaching more than decade or two decades.
