Course Curriculum Overview

The duration of the course was 3 years. The college had a big premises, beautiful art galleries and different design exhibitions. I interested in all these things so I enjoyed a lot in here. Also got knowledge about different fashion designs. The college focused on practical oriented learning hence different practical sessions on fashion design arranged regularly by the college.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities were quite good. College had a collaboration with different design Institutes which helps for the placement of students. Different design industries visited the college every year and picked some talented students. Other went for their personal designing exhibitions.

College Events

Events were the beautiful part of the college. All the festivals, traditional western days and annual functions celebrated enthusiastically in the college. Students and faculty participated in all the events and made it more wonderful.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure was quite expensive but similar to the other Institute. Also college provided all the facilities to the students in this fees. The fees of the college was about 1.8 lakhs per year. Different scholarship scheme also available for the talented students.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities were the daily routine of the college. Different designing competitions, fashion design exhibitions conducted regularly by the college to enhance different skills and creativity of the students. Students participated in it actively and improve self skills. Sports activities were also conducted by the students to improve fitness of the students.

Admission

Everyone wants to become engineer doctor in his life. But I selected the different field. I have an interest in designing and innovative fashion so I decided the fashion design stream. & after completing my 12th I admitted in JD Institute of Fashion Technology for bachelor of science in fashion design. The admission is depend upon 12th score.

The faculty of the college was fabulous. They had a awesome knowledge about fashion designs and awesome creativity. They taught us different creativities, and design skills Which helped us a lot to improve our imagination and creativity.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
