Course Curriculum Overview
Every subject we had was a unique one and had a meaning to the core field. Also, the course gave an overall idea about engineering in the first year itself. From the second year, we have the addition of only the core subjects and the university provided pamphlets for the same to study for the semester exams and also for the internals.
Placement Experience
We had placements from TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and several others who visited the campus on a set time decided by the university officials. We got offers that are much appropriate and legitimate with around a package of 4 lakhs per annum.
College Events
The students had classroom events, lab events, computer lab events, and general seminars and webinars in the auditorium as an event on several topics of management. Also, we celebrate many days like teachers?day, friendship day along with national programs at the main hall.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is very feasible compared to other engineering colleges as I paid 16,400 after my admission was confirmed. Then after, I paid 14,350 every year by cheque or cash at the financial department near the students?corner at the university campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The sate government had some scholarship options for which the eligibility criteria were fixed and drafted at the university notice board. Also, the reserved category students had many facilities regarding the fee payment, and at the time of admission while paying the first-year fees.
Campus Life
As our curriculum started, the faculty in some lectures took us to the workshop block at the university campus. There we learned the practical aspects of engineering through several activities like model making from wooden blocks. Also, there were four industrial visits throughout the curriculum. As there was much student diversity, the university took some students at a time based on the stream.
Admission
The admission criteria were entrance based on all the students, therefore, I enrolled myself through an online platform in Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical engineering stream. It was quite a nice decision by giving my application as to the academic was quite great with all the practical work.
Faculty
We had faculty from almost every department and they taught well as the first year included subjects from other fields also. Our department faculty also came to take all the lectures from the second year and they gave all the relevant and appropriate aspects only regarding the curriculum.
