Course Curriculum Overview
As my selected stream was the Civil Engineering stream, it had all the practical subjects, but we had much theoretical part in the lectures. Also, there was one lab for two hours per day. However, the exam format was semester wise and quite easy to pass with good scores.
Placement Experience
The renowned organizations and companies like Wipro, CTC, Harman, Syntel, CGI, TCS, Tech Mahindra came to the institute to hire freshers students and also gave a package of 4 lakhs per annum. There were internship opportunities in several reputed companies to gain experience.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for a four-year bachelors?degree were 59,450 in which the first-year fees of 16,400 are merged. For the rest of the three years, I paid 14,350 per year so as per my perspective only, the fees were very easy to pay at the college.
Campus Life
We have a concrete lab, computer lab, machining lab, cement testing lab which were open for the students to get extra knowledge by performing several experiments during free time. Apart from the curriculum activities, we have programs specially organized as an activity to freshen up after the main exams. I spent most of the time in the library and computer lab.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel management was quite good as the rooms were maintained and much cleaner, with the personal dispensary, appropriate water supply. The main thing to focus was that the hostel was inside the campus so it was much safe to live, and the classrooms to attend were within walking distance.
Admission
I chose to take admission in Civil engineering as in four-year Bachelor of Technology degree. Also, the admission procedure was completely online with appropriate assistance until the students get enrolled successfully based on the merit rank and the entrance exam. Faculty
Our faculties have done specialization and has taught in several institutions with several years of experience. Our head of the department was very knowledgeable and came to take lectures twice a week and gave a much detailed output. Other faculties also delivered good content in lectures.
