Remarks

My college is one of the best architecture colleges in the country. The location of the college is perfect and all the raw materials are avialable locally. My experience at the college was amazing and I will always cherish the memories.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very well planned. The fifth year of the course has field practice/internships. Subjects like interior designing, urban planning are included in the subjects. The exams are not much based on theory and most exams are presentation based.

Placement Experience

The placements are good in our college. Since, ours is a professional course, there are many opportunities for students across the globe and our college is one of the best in the country so everyone gets a job. There are internships as well for students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees for the five year course wa s Rs 62,925 only. This is very inexpensive compared to other architecture colleges where the fees can go into several lakhs. The college is one of the best in the country and the facilties are top class.

Campus Life

Shilpasagar is our college magazine where students show their talent. There is sports week celebrated with a variety of sports activities. All the cultural festivals are celebrated in the college. Poets, actors and artists are also invited.

Admission

I got admission in the college after clearing NATA. The eligibilty criteria was 50% marks in physics, chemistry, maths and English in 10+2. The qualifying exams are NATA and JEE Mains. Architecture was always my dream course.

Faculty

The faculty is highly experienced and qualified. They have many qualifications in this field and have field work/practical work experience. Prof. Yashwant pirkar was favourite teacher. They helped us a lot in these 5 years.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

You need to possess at least 50% marks in B.Arch from a recognized university, The student should have completed 21 years of age before applying for the master's program. The candidates who have a diploma in architecture are also eligible to apply. The admission is granted on the basis of scores obtained in MAH-M.Arch-CET examination.
