Review of Radha Govind University, Jharkhand

The university not only provides well-equipped classrooms, labs to facilitate students with their academics, but also have transport facilities for students as well as faculties, who are staying within the radius can board the buses. We also have a multipurpose hall, a big playground with sports equipment etc. Our campus is well-established and I highly recommend to be a part of our university.

The course curriculum is planned and organized in a systematic manner for law students as they have vast syllabus with almost to cover before exams and I kind of liked it. Not only theory part is good but the practicals are also very interesting.

We have a training cell where students are instructed with what to do and what not to do while job interviews and are also taught to build up the personality with a good resume. The companies that come for placements and job opportunities are like Sail, Infosys, BOSCH etc. Yes, our university also provides internship programs for master's students.

The fees that I paid for my 2 years master's degree was Rs 83,000 which even covers my tuition fees, examination fees, other fees like admission fees for the 1st year only etc and I think that it was pretty affordable and not at all expensive as compared to other private law colleges.

We, law students, have moot courts which can be categorized under extra-curricular activities where we students participate and the infrastructure is similar to a court room where we get to fight imaginary cases for practice. Apart from this, we have sports clubs, debate clubs, music clubs etc which uplifts students mental abilities along with academics.

We have an alumni association in our university, I am really glad that I got this opportunity to be a part of it. Students still reading here have a really great attachment with us. They also organize various talk programs, where we pay them a visit and help them or guide them to get through interviews, the university with good grades etc.

No matter which course you decide to pursue here except MBA, every other course has merit-based selection, but for admission in Master's degree, a candidate must have completed degree in the relevant field with eligible grades. Similarly I got admission in this university for LLM.

We have some really experienced and knowledgeable professors with us on board and teaching in a logical as well as in an effectual method. They also provide notes just before exams so that every student can have depth but basic knowledge of subjects and perform well in examinations.
