Course Curriculum Overview
M.Arch provides the opportunity to gain a deeper knowledge of Architecture. Student of architecture is not only a learner but also a producer of knowledge. The course gives facilities for students to gain specialization in their chosen design topics.
Placement Experience
Overall placement is very average. Every year the college organises job fair, where many companies take part and provide job opportunities. The candidate has to attend the interview rounds such as written test, speaking test and personal interview. Most students get jobs easily.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The entire fee structure is being displayed on the official website of college but for the idea, my fee for the full 2-year course is INR 18000. The college accepted the fees through any of the various modes of payment like through demand drafts, wire transfers, online payments etc.
Campus Life
The campus life during my tenure is quite vibrant and the institute used to encourage its students to participate regularly in extracurricular activities like weekly sports meets, fortnightly debate, singing contests that were open to all its students. The academy used to pay special attention to maintain gender diversity in its students as a result of which almost 55% of my batch comprised of female students.
Admission
A candidate must have passed his undergraduate degree in the field of B.arch or any equivalent degree from a government college. Admission to M.Arch. is done on the basis of a valid score obtained in entrance exam CET. After qualifying the CET the candidate has to show his original documents at the time of admission.
Faculty
The faculty is very supportive and well established. especially Mustansir Dalvi, Yashwant Pitkar, Mukund Athavale, Jayashree Choudhari are a really good and qualified teacher. Faculty teacher always conducts Practical sessions, Counseling classes and for evaluation of assignments.
