Course Curriculum Overview
I persuaded three years Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (English) which was to give us a specialization in English. Labs were not required for us in this course. As we didn't had to anything practically in the labs.
Placement Experience
Our college had a career counseling & placement cell which helped us guiding for career options available for us also it had contact with various representative of industry. I am currently working as a teacher of English in a private school as I wanted to be a teacher so the school I'm working in was also suggested by my college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The advantage of being in a government college is the fees structure of these college are very economical and affordable and the education quality is worth enough. So as It was a govt. The fees of my college was also very feasible. The total three years of fees of my course was Rs.4,965
Fees and Financial Aid
The college had various scholarships opportunities available such as for the girls. They had Post graduate Indira Gandhi scholarship scheme for single girl child and scholarships were available for meritons students and for the minorities students.
Campus Life
There was no chance of any sort of discrimination regarding cast, religion or gender as there were various cells for this purpose such as gender sensitization cell, anti- ragging cell etc. Also various workshop and seminars were organised in the college for students.
Admission
After completing my intermediate education and passing with flying colours in 10+2. I filled an online application of this college. The basic eligibility criteria for this college was to get minimum of aggregate 55% and the selection of students was solely based on merit. The list of which came up on the website.
Faculty
The faculty of my department was well qualified and use to teach us very effectively.. they had a fluency while speaking English and helped us a lot to do better in communication skills in English. Also They were very friendly to us along with being professional.
