Entrance Preview

I took GATE. I had attempted cat but couldn't succeed. Hence GATE was the only way to get a good placement later on.

5 compulsory courses,5 electives Some courses had labs.

Great oppurnities for CS students. Almost 200 comapnies registered for CS students that yearstudent strength was lesser than the number of companies meant for CSE. We had amazing placements comapred to local engg colleges.

College Events

I never participated in any events. Hard for me to describe.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Never had any problem with fee. In fact fee could be covered with the stipend and fee is affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Lots of scholarships. I don't think anybody needed a loan for M.Tech. .

Campus Life

Beautiful campus. But campus authorities started moral policing that time. Waking up students,Turning off internet closing of certain gates etc.

Hostel Facilities

Food was low quality. I am sure there was mismanagement of hostels and messes. I think we didn't get the food that we deserved.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is week I feel. Atleast for mtech studentsm. Don't get to know or meet other alumni.

Exam Structure

Some courses had project deliverables. Some had lab exams.

at srm eashwari engineerin college students are placement eligible from 7th semster. top companies like tcs,infosys, wipro,accenture and cognizant visit the campus . the heighest package is around rupees 12lpa and the average is 4lp. about 85 to 90 percentage of students get placed. after my degree i planned to work in it sector to gain industry experience

the Placements of my College are good as the connections of our good so top recurters came like amazon,tata,mahindra the highest package is of 75 lakh per annum and average package is of 8 lakh in our batch placements anount is less but now goodPercentage of students getting placements is 85 percent From which semester students become eligible for campus placements lthird year last semester.

IIT Madras BS (Data Science): Flexible, Rigorous, and Worth It if You Stay Consistent

Why this college felt like the best fit IIT Madras BS stands out mainly because it offers an IIT-level curriculum with a flexible, term-wise structure. The biggest advantage over many private online programs is that learning is assessment-driven and structured. Many aspirants also look at options like private online degrees, local BCA/BSc colleges, or distance programs. The main difference is that IITM BS feels more rigorous and exam-focused, while many other options feel easier but less structured and less credible in the long run. Often it’s not only about ability,rejections happen because of high cutoffs, missing eligibility (Math/English requirements), or strong competition in entrance-based colleges. Some students also drop because fees are high, outcomes are unclear, or the program feels too theory-heavy. Admissions are possible through direct entry for JEE Main qualifiers, or through the qualifier route: complete the 4-week online coursework, then clear an in-person qualifier exam. IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee. After that you will get a syllabus of one month or we can say four weeks you have to do that, and after that, you will be having exam, you have to pass the exam with more than 50%....Read More
