The Gurdaspur campus of IHM is in the top ten branches of IHM. It has a loyal brand identity. It has the finest infrastructure with well equipped labs. It ensures the safety of the female students and giving equal opportunity to them.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus followed is same across all the IHM branches. It is a three year course with six semesters. It has regular lab sessions conducted as a part of the course structure. It is a good undergraduate program.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement cell to meet the requirements of the recruitment process. There are several big companies visiting the campus such as Taj group of hotels, Taco bell, Mcdonalds, seven seas hotels etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee is ?3,04,000. It can be paid in all the six semesters. The first semester? amount is ?66,663, second semester-?45,183, third semester- ?45,183, fourth semester- ?51,084, fifth semester - ?51,084 and the last semester- ?45,183.
Campus Life
The college organises blood donation camp every year. It conducts freshers day, paryatan-parv etc. for the students. It has training kitchen inside the campus. It also has sports facilities for the students.
Admission
The admission procedure is kept simple. It is same as other IHM branches. The application form has to be filled online. The entrance exam NCHMCT JEE is conducted to shortlist the students which is followed by the counselling.
Faculty
The college faculty members are lenient and are helpful. They are highly knowledgable and well experienced in their respective subjects. They plan their lectures according to the rules laid down by the affiliated university.
