Course Curriculum Overview
My course B.SC in hotel management is for three years. Course is well defined so students get deeper knowledge in the world of Hospitality and Hotel Administration. course is more focused on practical.
Placement Experience
The college has its very active placement cell which provides jobs to approximately all the students in their 5th semester. Good hotels are visiting the campus for placememts. The college also provides good internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure may be expensive but compared to other institutions its feasible and it depends on the students taking admission through. The total amount to be paid for the entire course is around 3 lakhs rupees.
Campus Life
Sports activity will be organized by college, different sports like - Cricket, Basketball, athletics etc will be played in that. students will actively participate in all these activities. Along with sports activity college celebrate foundation day, Independence day etc.
Hostel Facilities
The college have big campus and It has separate hostel for boys girls. Hostel have very good facilities and they are providing good food. The rooms are spacious. The food has a wide variety, although the taste does get reduced.
Admission
For taking admission to IHM for B.Sc course candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with English as one of the subjects. Admission is done on the basis of Joint Entrance Examination conducted by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
Faculty
The college offers diploma and degree courses. All the faculty members have a huge experience in the hotel field and teaching. A 3-year course includes food production, F&B services, housekeeping, and front office. Students are assigned a task based on their interests in fests organised by the college. My college has one of the best experts and a well-qualified group of teachers who put all effort to build careers of students. The teachers are more like friends to the students than a teacher. The college has faculty members who worked in the hospitality industry from many years.
