Course Curriculum Overview
This course is studied in a duration of 3 years i.e., six semesters in total. Though theory subjects are more in number than practical subjects in our curriculum, we gain a lot of skills through practical lab sessions.
Placement Experience
We get only a few companies for campus placement. However, our college extends its help in notifying us about ongoing hiring opportunities outside college and trains us to bag a job. Most of us got jobs in companies like Wipro, TCS, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For this bachelor's degree program in Information technology, the fee amount collected by management was around Rs.25,000. This was paid as tuition fee for every academic year and exam fee is paid separately.
Campus Life
As for extracurricular activities, we had active NSS as well as NCC units operating in our college. They conduct several social activities an awareness camps for the betterment of surroundings and society as a whole.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors were very helpful while pursuing the course. Also, we have a great network of alumni who always gives back to the college in many ways. The seniors have always been good friends to us and set an example of how seniors should be.
Admission
Any student who wants to pursue this course from Dr. Ambedkar College of Commerce & Economics must have passed 12th board examinations with at least 45 percent in results. This applies to diploma students too.
Faculty
Our department lecturers are very talented and skillful. They behave in such a nice manner to us and gives us the freedom to explore our interests and express our thoughts. They teach even complicated topics in an easier manner.
