Course Curriculum Overview
There is actual delivery of around 40 lectures for a subject. We also learn to design a system, component, or process to meet the desired needs within realistic constraints, such as, economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability.
Placement Experience
About 55 students are successfully qualified for placements. The highest salary offered is 10 lacs per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 45,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 37,500 per month. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro and YASH Technologies visit our campus for placements.
College Events
We celebrate many events in our college like Labour Day, Anti Terrorism Day, World Blood Donor Day, International Day of YOGA, International Day against Drug Abuse, Independence Day, Sadbhavana Diwas, Teachers' Day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is feasible at 10k. As this is a government college we get many scholarships and loan facilities here. The hostel and mess is to be paid differently from the college fees. The fees is towards a trust.
Campus Life
The Institute has built up good infrastructure to promote sports activities for students , faculty and staff of the institute. Every year , competitions are held in these disciplines and as an incentive awards are also given to winners suitably . Students , Faculty and Staff participate in various games. The institute also provide necessary equipment to participants.
Hostel Facilities
For girls the college has 44 Rooms with common washrooms (hot water available), room services such as bed tea, water cooler available. For boys there is 80 Rooms with common washrooms (hot water available), room services such as bed tea, water cooler available.
Admission
The institute offers industry-oriented and practice-based Master's Degree Programmes of 02 years duration. I was admitted into the college on the basis of valid GATE score or OCET (Other Common Entrance Test, conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh) merit of PU, Chandigarh.
Faculty
Presence of faculty in the lab during entire time of lab class.Regular checking of practical files by faculty.Delivery of lecture for around 50 minutes by a faculty in a lecture class of one hour. These things make the faculty one of the best in the state.
