Money hungry institute, with a management hierarchy based on ass licking. Students licks of professors, professors licking of HOD, HOD of directors, Director of dean, and you get the picture.

Didn't understand any examination. Went through donation in this private University. No question asked.

Same old, haven't changed from past 15 years, no new trends. Did my B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.Studied about processors used in 1980's.Electives were chosen only for course completion.

Went through internship in Cognizant. Rubbed my ass on developing app for them. Grabbed that opportunity by competiting among 1000 of students. All those effort ended up for nothing. No stipend offered. At last they gave a internship completion certificate which was applicable nowhere.

More than 100 company showed up. Some of tech gaints like Amazon, Oracle,etc left thier presence, offering a lucrative packages upto 15lacs pa. Alas! no one in our university had enough potential to grab those offers. So hundereds of duds like me get placed in mnc's like Cognizant, wipro, infosys, aricent and the list goes on.

Since Sathyabama is one of gaints in Engineering colleges, it boast some of gargantuan events in Chennai. However most of events are restricted for University students. Most of Tamil Cine stars show up for these event.

Quite less than other University. When I joined in 2011, the fees was 97k per year, however, this year it zoomed up to 1.8lacs per year. In addition there were library fees, and some other surcharges amounting to 50k for 4 years.

One can avail loans from any bank if they can provide a mortagage, and income flow proof of guaranter.

Sathyabama's hostel is infamously notorious for treating their students as inmates of iron heights prison. No cell phones allowed, no electronic items allowed, timing restriction, food was hell, 8 people packed in one room, no roaming outside of rooms after 6pm, no half pants allowed and the bucket list of terror goes on.

Nothing such exist, however allumini meet is organized every year. No interaction with seniors for the sole purpose of banning ragging, whose after effects are worse than ragging.

Same exam sturture as any other university in India. However here's the catch, the marking in the exams are quantitative rather than qualitative. No matter one write eminen rap or thesis of your research you will get same marks, both these work if your presentation style is lucrative.

Retard, I say.They also mugged up thier course lecture and vomit in class to their students. They didn't had any hands on knowledge and real time experience.
