Very good institute.

From my overall experience, i can say that it was one of the best for education. The institute provides very good facilities and education to the students. The teaching and non teaching staff are very helpful and supportive. The infrastructure of the institute was very good. Many facilities provided by the institute are spacious classroom, common room, cafeteria, playground, parking, computer room, laboratory, library etc. The environment of the institute was very calm and peaceful. The institute provides very good quality education to the students.

The course curriculum was very effective. The curriculum was well designed and updated regularly. The minimum duration of the course was more than three years. The curriculum includes lectures, seminars, laboratory course, thesis work, group discussion, theory, practicals, field visit etc. At the end of the course, we have to submit our thesis work.

Job opportunities was very good after completing the course. Placement was average in our college. After completing the course, students can get job in institute of horticulture, plantation, vegetable farms as well as fruit groves. Horticulture has a lot of scope as it deals with agriculture and plant breeding. There were many job opportunities for horticulturist in both private and public sectors. Students after persuing the course can work in Irrigation department, Health farm, Export industry, warehousing, food corporation,service sector, Farming etc.

The fees structure was very nominal in our institute. My total fees was around 18000 rupees. In every year, i paid around 6000 rupees. The fees was very good as per the facilities and education provided by the institute. The fees was quite feasible and manageable to pay.

Indoor and outdoor activities was an important part of the institute. The institute organizes many games and sports like kabaddi, kho kho, ludo, carrom, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, cricket etc on regular basis and encourage the students to participate in all the games. Many social and literary activities are also organized in which all students take part with great enthusiasm. We learnt a lot by Participating in all the activities.

I got admission in this course after qualifying my post graduation degree from a recognised university. The admission process was based on the marks obtained in the post graduate degree. The mode of application for admission process was online. After fulfilling the marks requirement, students can directly take admission in this course.

All the faculties of our institute are Doctorate. Most of the teachers come from very reputed institution. They have very good academic background and knowledge in their respective subjects. Teachers are very much interested to teach us on a particular course.
