University entrance test. Studied pg in pharmaceutics. No personal interview admission based on score in the entrance test.
Course Curriculum Overview
One and half years of study and six months of project work. All facilities necessary for project are made available by the college. Those who wish doing in the industry are sent through the college upon consultation of the guide.
Internships Opportunities
No stipend will be provided by the college. As i was a pharma student we got many clinical research companies and bulk drug industries have shown interest. Some of the analytical laboratories as well.
Placement Experience
Around fifty members were placed. Frankly i don't have idea about the exact figures of package the compaines are offering right now. We did not get any manufacturing units for campus drive.
College Events
College annually celebrates the cultural fest and organises guest lectures and technical symposiums. The university arranges industrial visits. The students are encouraged to participate in the events organised my other managements as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
2 00000 for two years. Affordable and no pressure upon the student for money. No additional payments are required except for the examination fees which was a nominal amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
No such things are available to the best of my knowledge. Reduction of fees might be done for students showing extra ordinary performance in the university entrance test.
Campus Life
More of boys in all departments. But girls and boys are given equal priority in sports, cultural events. No discrimination on any bases. Equality shown by management and faculty.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are shared by four menmbers in each. Separate hostel for buys and girls. The mess timings are different for both the hostels. Food is hygienic and regular mineral water facility.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors were very helpful during project and also during examinations. They were helpful in clarifying doubts or even during regular labs. They are next to the faculty in the campus.
Exam Structure
Good pattern of examination with internal examinations on regular bases. The pattern is no way hectic to the student. External exam wull be conducted on alternate days for the convenience of the student to revise.
Faculty
Highly skilled and hard working faculty. Every department has Ph.D persons for dealing the subjects. Practical oriented teaching methods. Well equiped laboratories for demonstrating the experiments.
