Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum for BCA from Solapur University is very aptly designed for the students and has been constructed to make it interesting for the students. Various aspects like networking, data structure, database and artificial intelligence are covered in the curriculum. The course duration is 3 years and each year is further divided into 2 semesters.
Placement Experience
The placement & internship opportunities at our college were extraordinary and companies like Accenture, Axis Bank, Amazon and a lot of other companies used to visit the campus regularly. Almost all the interested students got placed from my batch and are successfully working in some of the best companies in the world.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for my course was a total of Rs. 55,487 which was justified and considered reasonable since the number of facilities & environment provided exceeded our expectations. The fees was around Rs. 18,500 approximately & had to be paid annually.
Campus Life
Our college was affiliated with at least 100 college in and around the city and thus, was very renowned. The college was amazing and almost all the students including me were engaged in some or the other co-curricular activities. The canteen used to be the most famous hangout spot for all the students.
Admission
I did Bachelor of Computer Application from Solapur University which is one of the youngest state university in Maharashtra. I got in on the basis of my 10+2 score which is the eligibility criteria to get enrolled in this course. Additionally, students should have studied physics, mathematics and a computer language in class 12th.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was well read and included Director, Professors and Assistant Professors. They were very particular about the theory & lab classes and did not let us miss any classes. We had to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to sit for our exams.
