Hey! While talking about my college ,this is one of the all rounder college in ludhiana and one of the best and safest college among other colleges . The faculty is very supportive and friendly.The quiz , extempore, games, art making, photography and many other inter college and national or international events and activities boost girls confidence. The principal mam is so inspiring and always motivate students.The college provide unlimited opportunity in every field and even the students who are aspire to go in defence forces can join NCC and NSS here. Personally , i explore full in the college and i can proudly said that i am graduated from Khalsa College. Visit the college once and you guys will fall love with the friendly and competitive environment here . The college is famous for placements in IT field so that's the reason i opt for BCA here.The maximum seats are 80 for BCA course.Many of the teacher are UGC cleared and many had served in corporate field so they help us to relate things with corporate field and many more. Final Exams were conducted in the month of December and April Also college conduct MST for students for practice and different type of weekly class test also be taken for better practice .

Fee structure : For BCA student per semester fees is around 20000 which is very normal . The fee detail of other courses can be taken out from prospectus . Different types of scholarship are also their for needy students.

The very first event occur in college in fresher party and after 2 or 3 months the selection procedure for inter college competition is shortlisted. Annual fest occur in the end of semester and it's a really fun in that.Different types of science fest, maths fest and computer or tech fest is organised by different department of the college. Library is very good . You can find any book relevant to your subject easily in the library . Also there is different departmental librart also there from which students can issue books for whole semester. Sports include softball, baseball, cricket,chess, badminton, volleyball, shooting, athlete etc. Different type of social groups include NCC, NSS, RED CROSS , ROAD SAFETY, and many more

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free. She was laughing at such a test. She said no one does that anymore, they just type then run spell check. Technology is changing our NEEDS opinion is that curriculum should reflect our reality. No one gets paid to solve problems that have already been solved. Students should be exposed to solving problems they have not seen before but that can be solve with the content they have learned in class. This will help them develop problem solving strategies they will be able to use the rest of their lives

Placement Experience:

i can talk about college placement till now in my college, as far as i have seen, placement start after the 2nd year of BCA and 3rd year of B.tech, but first there is atest and interview. if the one who gets good marks in the paper will be selected for the next interview, otherwise he will not be selected. in my college, B.tech students get more placement because the get intership in ther last semester, though which they get placements too. till now, B.tech students have been able to placement and otherwise Bca students have did not place by college placement you will own search by non-campus placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had a lot of interest in programming languages and in computer and how computer works. In future ,technology and application will be widely used . This course is appropriate for choosing according to my interest. This curriculum prepares me alot for this real world applications because future generation is totally dependent on AI tools or technology . I suggest in improvement of modernising technology, you have to focus on practicals for this curriculum. The exams are correct like starting at 9 :30 and ends at 12 :30 . Each student have different timing for their exams according to their course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA is not relevant anymore. BCA is like new BA, but a sophisticated one. Everybody's doing BCA nowadays. I can't figure out the reason. But skill based learning is lacking and sadly this course is providing nothing but degree holding unskilled graduates (most of them). Though some who really explore the skills and work on themselves are achieving good jobs.

The real face of KCW,Ludhiana

I applied for PCTE,Ludhiana and guru Nanak college for girls ,Ludhiana I got confirmed admission in it as well . I choose Khalsa college for women because of the safety and comfort. The crowd here is decent and even good. I didn't get any rejections form any of the college . They considered our 12th percentage is priority and also your name in the government portal .
