best college to be in

culinary academy of India is the best academy if you are looking to be a chef. i being from the chefs background always had passion and love for food and cooking and I was too suggested to take admission into this college by many great chefs. our college has six professional kitchens with the best equipment and the newest equipment which are used in the culinary world. our college is well maintained and also food calls for many new bacteria so to stop it fumigation of the college and labs are done periodically. we have one of the best library. the reason i am referring this college to everyone is because if any one has interest in kitchen then this is the best college to come in and learn new things rather than going to simple hotel management college.

i came to this college because I enquired a lot about many colleges in India which teaches to be a chef and I was recommended by many people who are in the industry to join this college. the faculty and the other staff is very helpful and supportive. the faculty takes a lot of pain for the betterment of the student. all the faculty is good qualified and their method of teachings is very unique and easy to learn. we are taught in such a good way that we pass our exams very easily as we are given very vast knowledge about the subjects.

we have to go for our internship is second year. we have full support from the college for choosing our properties. there are many hotels which comes for taking interns like hyatt, itc, oberois, mariotts, taj etc. almost every big hotel group in India comes to take intern. we are usually taken as helper in kitchen. for four months of training we are taught different things is the kitchen of the hotels.

during the third year we are eligible for placements. we have 100% of placements in the top working hotel groups and the cruise lines. companies like ITC group of hotel, Oberois, Taj, The Park etc., come for the land job and may cruises like princess cruise limes, costa cruise lines are there. the highest package offered to the student is of 65000 per month by the princess cruise lines, and 20000 per month is the average package offered.

The total fee for all three years is around 4 lakh. and yes we can easily apply for study loan as there is no problem from the college side. the placement is very good and almost 100% every year. also the internship is given to all the students. all the top level hotel groups as well as cruise lines comes to our college every year for placement. the highest package offered is 75000 or month by process cruise lines and average salary package is around 20000 per month

There are many fest and events which happens throughout the year. every year there is a sports day at the last. there are many activities in which students gets involved like co curriculum competitions like flower arrangement, bar tendering, blind tasting, table setup completions. also every year there is a very big event called GALA BUFFET which happens every year and from the past 4 years we are making new world record every year.

the hostel is decent and clean. the hostel is situated near the college and it is approvable by any of the public transport. the hostel is basically a doormitery. with 24/7 of water supply. there are timings of hostel. And strict action is taken if the student is found violating the hostels terms.

yes there was a written test based on aptitude, general knowledge, maths, grammar. after the written is done there is group discussion where any random topic is given like man or machines etc. at last there is a PI with the director of the college.
