The College campus is good. students are also good. well-disciplined students.
Entrance Preview
VITEEE, BITSAT & JEE MAINS. I opted for VITEEE because I heard a lot about this college. First, I tried to Clear JEE Mains but was not able to pass cut off then I cleared VITEEE and got selected in it. Also, I didn't get any chance For Bits Counselling. it was a tough competition though.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's nice. The best thing I found in college courses is the lots of choices in each course & specialization in a particular field. Also, all laboratories & faculties are also very good.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't still experienced an internship. I'm in my first year. but my seniors say it's good as compared to last year and this year many big companies came.
Placement Experience
According to my seniors. 86% of students got selected in campus placement. It's a good percentage for a private college but someone also says that the placement number is good but the quality is not up to mark.
College Events
Yeah VIT (Vellore Institute Of Technology) organizes many functions withhold a year. Riviera is VIT'ss annual function held every year. VIT also organizes other small functions to enthusiast students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for VIT is somewhat feasible. as compared to govt. Colleges it's quite high but as compared to other private colleges. it's a bang for bucks.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't been offered any scholarship for my college. I paid all fees for VIT. Actually, they are a bit high. but I had to pay for all of them.
Campus Life
VIT conducts debates & other competitions very frequently it's very fun participating in them. It also conducts many programs & other activities with other colleges which is really fun & also helps us to interact with other college students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are again very good as compared to government colleges and other private colleges. It's not excellent but quite systematic & good all types of food are available & the hostel is also very good & disciplined.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah, I had small ragging with my seniors. It helped me to have an introduction with them and also some of them became my good friends which helped me a lot in understanding many things in academics.
Exam Structure
VIT is very strict in taking exams from time to time & also takes weekly class assignments. Sometimes it really becomes difficult to go with the syllabus, especially during exam times.
Faculty
The Faculty Of the college is Good. Can't Say them As Best. As IIT's exist. but anyway comparing them to my other friend's private college. they are quite good.
