The university has given me some of the best moments of my life. English department was exceptionally good. The teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience in the university was enjoyable and worth.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was well maintained. The course was of two years with four semesters. We used to have unit tests each semester so that students were prepared well for finals. The curriculum included paper presentations and home assignments which shaped the students for future achievements.
Placement Experience
The university provided placement to professional departments. Since, I was not from professional course department so it does not provide placements. However, the university or department aided me seek seat or a job in various renowned institutions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was very impressive and low for Masters of Arts. The course fee for two year duration was Rs.6, 370. The fee structure was similar for all streams under this course. Apart from this, hostel fees was Rs.7, 869 per year which was beyond its standards.
Campus Life
The university organized various events and seminars where students were allowed to learn more than there courses and subjects. I once participated in cultural fest. There were a lot more activities, fests and tournaments were held.
Admission
The whole process of admission was based on marks. Regardless of caste, every student needed to have 40% marks in BA Hons in English. I was from general category with more than 40% marks. So, it was an easy process.
Faculty
Faculties were helpful. Till date, I am thoroughly aware of my subjects. The teachers provided the students with notes and study material. They were beneficial during dissertation paper in fourth semester. Every teacher was humble and ever ready to clear the doubts.
