I can only speak of good of this university because it really deserves it. However the management during those days needed improvement which certainly has evolved with time.

AMU MCA examination. I so very wanted to join this unversity to have a good exposure and learning and I had a keen interest in the IT field. Today I am working as a Senior Manager in Reliance Jio. There was no interview process for this examination. It was all based on how good you scored in your written examination. The admission process is quiet simple and integrated and was done in a few hours. I am so proud to be associated with AMU. I think I would have missed a huge chunk in my life if I had not been here. Thanks to Sir Syed Ahmad Khan for his huge contribution towards this university.

The course curriculum was quiet detailed and well balanced. We hot to learn statistics as well along with computers. Helped me a lot in going forward.

I was campus placed in Bharti Telesoft and got a 6 month internship. I was given a stipend of Rs 5K and had a good exposure into the telecom domain. I had quiet a good learning and helped in my projects going forward. I was mentored by experienced colleagues which really helped me with my assigments

Placement and Job opportunities are good. MCA students get a good opportunity to mingle with the engineering candidates and go through the placements. We have TCS, Accenture, Hughes, Bharti Airtel, Persistent and many other companies in the campus. They offer a handsome pacakge and in our time it started with 3.2 lacs onwards.

We had plenty of college events which include welcoming the freshers, bidding farewell to seniors, the Sir Syed day celebration, the quartely IT festivals.

The fee structure is very simple and is nominal. It took me only 3K to complete my 3 years MCA. The hostel mess charges were Rs 600 only which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was very nominal hostel charges.

There are plenty of scholarships offered by the university under UGC. I had been awarded with merit scholarships every year in MCA.

Campus life is a treat for all the students. The infrastructure of AMU is quiet huge and has got all the facilities one can think of. It is to be notes that student of various caste, creed, sex are here for the education and has got a healthy environment unlike of what media reports. The females under graduation have got a separate infrastructure which is very secure with all the amenities.

Hostel facilities are awesome and AMU has got this huge hostel accomodation. It was a 2/3 bed room with 3 cupboards and all facilties. It has an attached mess and house keeping is very friendly. The bathrooms are quiet hygenic. There is big garden and playground in each hostel for recreation. There is also a stage area for cultural events. Water facilty is too good. The drinking water is equipped with hot and cold RO supply round the clock.

Inam connected to alumnis through various social sites and there is an Old boys association which regularly happens. I am also connected and managing an alumni forum called 'Aligarians.com'.

Exams are good and are on alternate days. The labs are always available for any kind of preparation.

Faculty is huge and supported by a great infrastructure of computer centre. The lecture theaters were also great and had necessary equipments. The labs are all well equipped with all the facilities and instructors. It is fully air conditioned.
