Entrance Preview

Internal Amity Test. Scored 95%. I did prepare for other exams but the score was not so good. Hence took admision here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The subjects and syllabuses was planned effectively and helped the students to make value out of the information. The facilities were good and created a learning environment .

Fee Structure And Facilities

A bit expensive but you can have scholarship based on your 10+2 marks from 25 till 100%. Later during the semeter exams you have to score good and retain the scholarship.In 2007-11 the fee was around 4 Lacs. I got 50 % scholarship throughout hence it helped me save some money.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms were good and we'll maintained.A room had only 2 occupants. Food on the mess is quite good and offers decent varaity options on a daily basis.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

The interaction was good and the seniors were helpfull in studies and other basic needs.There is a alumni blog as well for Amity were we share information on topics such as study materials snd job openings.

Faculty

Experienced and helpfull. Provided notes for better understanding and layer revision. The faculty helps you in all the possible ways to make yourself comfortable with the subject.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
