Remarks
The college has positive impacts on its students because it mainly focuses on the agricultural activities and they provide huge practicals to learn from. RAWE program for final year student to mingle with farmers is the most priced asset we have at this college. This makes us the bright future for the farming related things. The faculty and the infrastructure is the best.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is 3 years long and is divided into 6 semesters, each semester comprises of 4-5 subjects. The Theory is lesser than the Practical and we are required to give regular class tests. The externals happen at the end of each year along with the final practicals. The course is relaxing and is easy as compared to other courses. Communication language is also taught each semester.
Placement Experience
There is no such placement in this course. It is a training college and hence we train ourselves to gather up various government jobs and work in various agricultural sectors. It is recommended to study further for the masters in order to gain a higher post. The college would brief you through a placement form, if interested and you would be able to get in touch with various agricultural sectors and government agencies.
College Events
There are are a lot of cultural fests celebrated along with the sports day events and annual day. The main is the Krishi Mela when we are exposed to the proper agriculture people lives and how they work. Independance Day is celebrated at the wide scale. All the events let us show our talents and multi talents and work in the college full of diverse people. They bring us all out together and give break to us from our busy lives.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The full course fees is INR 67,000 and is submitted semester wise. The fees is totally feasible with the exposure it is providing and let us experience the agriculture at the wider scale. The first fees to be deposited is INR 15,000. The payment can be done in the form of DD or online portal mode. The DD needs to be submitted at the college bank.
Campus Life
We have big playgrounds where all the sports can be played, along with a swimming pool. The college has a gym where all the fitness lovers can workout. The libraries and labs are fully equipped with latest technology and requirements. The music and dance rooms are built separately for the talent polishing of students. Overall it creates a stress free enviroment.
Hostel Facilities
The college hostel is nicely built with a good infrastructure. The buildings are separate for boys and girls and has all the facilities needed like the cleaned washrooms, the rooms with cupboards and proper study tables. The canteen and mess food is healthy and delicious with strict timings. The hostel is guarded by security guards and warden head, making it a safe and secure enviroment.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni meet happens at the end of each year but frequent visits from ex-seniors is done every now and then It makes us implode with their experience and skills and let us know about the scope further. All of them are polite and helpful making us through the hurdles in the course. They guide us in proper direction and let us know about the future possibilities.
Admission
The admission is given on the basis of 12th class percentage and KCET entrance exam with one practical exam. After clearing the exams i applied online to the college and got the name in list, i was called for counselling sessions and gave the required verified documents in the college along with the fees.
Faculty
The faculty at this college is very helpful and corperative. They all are scholars and nobles with all the knowledge about the subject taught. The teachers are down to earth and provide us the time to do our research work and submit analysis timely. They help us through practicals and let us see our inhibitions. There is no strictness or burden from them. They have an understanding ability and let us work through our speed.
