Amazing experience

College is good and even average students can score good if they want to do something in there life you will get great opertunities at Gla.

I took the exam for Uttar Pradesh state for various college affiliated with UPTU. I scored 700/900 in UPTU 2011 and gla Mathura was a good college with good placements so I opt out for this college companies like TCS and wipro come to our college for recruitment so it was a good opportunity for me. It's one of the good college in UP and best in Mathura.

Course curriculum was good in first two semesters we only studied a quick overview of the btech 4 year course and the concepts that we studied in 12th std. Course curriculum consist of one main subject of my branch in each subject. There were 6 to 7 classes daily so that there would not be any work load.

It was good I did my internship for HCL and it was very good I learned how to work in a group and in a live project it was a great experience and knowledge that I got from my internship stipend was 6k but experience matter much than stipend.

Job opportunities and placement programs in college were good. Tcs comes for placement first and it takes students in a bulk. Wipro is the second company and it also takes in bulk. 50 of the good students get placed very easily. Other good and small companies comes for placements. Placement cell also sends students to other off campus recruitment drives and all most 90 students get placed in some or the other company.

There are various group activities celebrated in our college. Group are made according to interest and there are registration fee for each group and various tasks are performed in a group. Technical events and workshop are also celebrated in our college. We celebrate our annual day each year and various celebrations are made that day.

Fee structure per semester is as follows Tution fee 31k Hostel fee 21k,Food and other things 10k So total 62k per semester.

Scholarship are also offered to the top 3 students of each branch they get 50% scholarship and college topper get 100% scholarship. There are total of 6 branch so 18 students are offered scholarship each semester due to which completion level increases among the students medals and trophies are also given to students if they make good excellent projects.

Campus life is good green and healthy campus life is there seniors are also friendly and they support us ragging dies not happen in our college just seniors take your intro just to know you. Sports event for each sports occur in our college and each month is dedicated to some sports or event there are workshops for robotics and as well as various debates competition.

Mess and food are average on week days and best on weekend. They provide us food 4 times a day.Food is healthy and good. We also get milk and fruits. There is particular menu decided for every time.

Exams are decided into 2 pre and then one main in each semester. Viva and practical are also included in pre and mains. 2 pre exams of 25 marks are conducted one at the starting and one at the middle of the semester and at the end main exam of 100 marks is conducted. For each exams first viva and practical are conducted and then written.

Faculty was good few teachers were Iitian and rest all were haveing a good experience of more than 10 years in teaching faculty was cooperative and they support students and there hobbies they not only insist students to take part in other curriculum activities but also supports there interest other than our study subjects.
