Remarks
Overall, My campus life was better. The Infrastructure of my campus was extremely good. Our faculty members were good and supportive. All the festivals were celebrated with utmost joy. Many other basic necessities like medical facility and hostel facility were pretty good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum was relevant for students.Exam Structure of this University was good at that time. The university also offered B.Sc, M.Sc, Agriculture , Dairy and Food Technology courses. Exam Pattern was divided in two categories which included internal exam and external exam organized by the university.
Placement Experience
The rate of Placement was very high. From my batch about 85% of the students were placed.College supported each and every student for the placement process.The university provided private as well as goverment jobs for the students. The highest package was around 20 LPA. Yes, the university provided internships for final year students. I had selected for two internships by the university with the stipends of 15k and 17k per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Fee structure of Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University was not so high. It was quite feasible for students and easily affordable by the students. B.SC(Biochemistry) fees was Rs. 28,990 per year. So, the total fees was Rs.115,960 for 4 years.
Campus Life
All the sport facilities were available in the campus. I had joined many active clubs like E-cell, dance club, singing society and many more. A lot of events and fests takes place here. Students performed dancing, singing and other activities.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I opted for hostel. The hostel Infrastructure was good. There were 4/3/2/1 seater room with an option of Air conditioner was available.Electricity consumed after the free limit was charged on actual basis. My monthly fees was 12k including food charges.
Admission
There was an entrance exam named as GUJCET organized by the university. GUJCET stands for Gujarat Common Entrance Test. The mode of this examination is offline and the time duration of this Examination is of 3 hours. There was a criteria for GUJCET that the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology. I got admission in the college on the basis of qualifying marks in GUJCET.
Faculty
In our department, Faculty Members were well qualified and well-experienced in their own fields and they had a lot of knowledge. Most of them had done their PhD from reputated universities. All of them were very supportive.Quality of teaching was good they taught us on projectors.
