Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to take Computer Science Engg, i had an interest in the subject from school life. We have 60 students per class and the classrooms are new. Exams are easy and one can easily score good marks in the exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 185000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Most students get an internship in the company they get placed in. I was offered an internship and full time in Cisco. The average stipend is 30K while highest is around 1L/month.

Placement Experience

Placements start from the 7th semester. Placement is very good for CS IT and ECE department. If you are above average you can bag a package of 10L+ easily. A lot of companies visit for campus-like Cisco, Nutanix, Clumio, Oracle, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, etc. For other branches placements in core companies is tough. The highest package for the '21 batch is 23L.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is constant for 4 years. Scholarships are available for financially weak and other reserved castes.

Campus Life

We have a number of clubs on the campus and in almost all fields be it dance, music, coding, drama. 2 fest happens in an academic year one cultural and one technical. The library facility is very good. Sports also exist.

Other colleges were not chosen as my rank wasn't suffecient enough. Comparitively to other entrance exams the best colllege with my rank would have been BMS. Overall summary of my college in Bengaluru.

I gave first preference to RVCE, but as my rank was less compared to cut off, I was unable to get a seat in the college and I ended up getting the seat in BMSCE which was my 2nd preference.
