SRMEEE , ECE I chose having interest in it. Scored 82%. I wrote many other exams but found SRM university good because of its claim for 100% placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was good. Likewise other colleges it has many subjects, assignments, exam, like typical engineering college. If you want to learn make sure you explore yourself. I suppose engineering is not about spoon feeding. You should find your own way.
Internships Opportunities
In our campus very less companies come. I even don't remember those name. We went to Chennai campus there we sat for many as MU sigma, Capgemini Payoda, TCS , Accenture, Wipro, L&TI got nothing in internship. I had to do it myself. College did not provided it.
Placement Experience
Placement and Job opportunities are good but can be better. I find it good as we got many opportunities. Its just the number of students inside university is huge , so you see competition is there. You have to grab it when you see it.
College Events
There are multiple events that used to happen. Many conferences. I found some very good . Cultural fests i liked. somehow you can enjoy . Still i think the environment isnt that fast to learn about latest technologies.
Fees and Financial Aid
I heard they do but again competition is there, you should be having pretty high score and the number of scholarships offered are less.
Exam Structure
Yes those were hectic days with labs and assignments and exams. You just will get use to it very soon once you enter the college.
