MDU offered various courses, and the percentage criteria depend upon the type of courses as I am doing MCA over there, and the student percentage with 50% and above were placed. In the placement cell, many companies came with the package 2 LPA to up to 6 LPA. The student who got 60% and above is eligible for an internship.

These kind of universities are for people in need for money cause it is feasible compared to other colleges.

The college offers many extracurricular activities like football, basketball, band group and many more. Department has been conducting University Campus sports activities, Inter Collegiate tournaments and Inter University Sports competitions every year. Fest or events are mostly held on the occasion of Holi and Diwali. Campus crowd is average and mostly from villages nearby.

The alumni network here in this university is very much active as compared to other universities and colleges. Senior students are helpful in many needs by the first year students and their juniors. So this alumni network is very much helpful. The alumni people also serve the college by providing guest lectures about their experience In the college. These experiences shared bring a inspiration in them

Admission to all the courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination. All candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject are eligible for BA and B. Com courses. For [M.LIB.I.SC], the candidates need to pass Bachelor?s degree from a recognised university. For MA, M.Sc. and M.Com courses, a Bachelor?s degree in the relevant subject is required for fulfilling the eligibility. Minimum eligibility for M.LIB.I.SC is to hold a [B.LIB.I.SC]. degree from MDU or other recognised university. Application process is online and the candidates need to fill the form through the official website of university. MDU students enrolling for PG program need to perform different steps at the time of filling the application form as compared to students from other board or university.

Faculty is very good. Fully qualified Ph.D. teachers having great teaching skills. Excellent teaching quality. Syllabus covered under curriculum is relevant. Teachers provide education for exams purpose the education provided is not suitable for industry. The university maintains a well ordered faculty system .The faculty is very supportive and appreciative of our learning efforts. The faculties of the course are very knowledgeable in their subjects and try to help us learn and understand the course better.
