The Arunachal University of Studies is a place which focuses on the overall development of the students. It has a beautiful campus and very supporting faculty. The infrastructure is good and the campus boasts of some really decent canteens and eateries.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is developed in such a way that the students get the maximum benefit form it. The exams are held twice a year with assignments and other internal grading assessments playing an important role.
Placement Experience
The placement wing of the college works very diligently and sincerely to provide the best placements for the students. Many different companies come to the campus to recruit students for different roles but the salary package still has a scope of improvement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of Arunachal University of Studies can be considered feasible as a 4 year B.Tech program costs a general category student around Rs. 3.10 Lakh including tuition fee and examination fee.
Campus Life
Every year the fresher and the farewell parties are held when the students have a gala time. Apart from this, all the national festivals are also celebrated at the campus which include dancing, singing, skit, and other cultural programs.
Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostels for boys and girls.The hostel rooms are spacious and well maintained and has an affordable fees structure. The hostels are equipped with all the essential items for students making it comfortable to stay.
Admission
I took the entrance test of the Arunachal University of Studies for which I had applied online through their website. The application form costs around Rs.500 and a set number of documents are required to be submitted to the university before you can appear for the exam.
Faculty
AUS has an experienced and well educated faculty that always looks after the development of the students. The senior faculty members are PhD holders while the associate professors are at least M.Phil graduates. The teachers maintained a close and informal relation with the students which helped the students open up to the teachers easily and talk about their problems.
