Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent. The curriculum is same for the first year. It includes case studies of various organizations. There are many divisions to choose from Finance, HR, Marketing, Consulting, etc.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are of really good quality. you have to give value to the company as they pay a lot and have the chance of converting it to job. the stipend was 75000 rs.
Placement Experience
Internship scene is quite good. Most of the batch gets an intern in just two days of the placement. Placement representatives put an immense amount of efforts in getting the companies on the campus and for as many role as they can.
College Events
Intaglio- the business summit which has business competitions and talks from the business ty coons Carpe Diem- the cultural event.Sangharsh- the inter IIM sports meet.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive as per India but compared to any other MBA college it is quite less and also has been valued globally also. The institutes globally are very expensive but somewhere this institute gets you a good job as per MBA in top firms of India. the fees was around 18 lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee waivers are offered by the institute for the persons from weaker background.There are other scholarships from company like Aditya Birla Group.
Campus Life
Being an MBA college, it is quite a hectic schedule for someone to take up extra curricular at a good level. But the infra-structure is quite good. Gym, Badminton, Tennis are there and Pool, Table tennis are there in every hostel.
Hostel Facilities
The mess for some hostels is very good lke the Lake View hostel, etc. This is a new hostel so the quality of furniture is also very good which lends it a feel of living in an apartment. But apart from that the the hostels are old but clean and good enough for living.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni are very helpful. Every year there happens to be an alumni meet at around december in which many alumni come. Senior students are also very helpful
Exam Structure
Exams are scheduled once in the mid of the term and once at the end. There are also quizzes in between but that depends on the course and the faculty to take it or not.
Faculty
Faculty has been really good. They put in a lot of efforts in making the class interesting. Almost every second or third session is a case study or some activity which lets you live the real life situation hence imparting decision making skills. Although, Professors may put a bit of assignment but apart from some subjects others are really fun.
