Course Curriculum Overview
It is a 5 years course and includes both theoretical and practical exams. The syllabus is big and it is not an easy task to clear exams without proper knowledge. The entire course also includes an internship in the final year.
Placement Experience
As a part of the course curriculum, you will get to do an internship for one year. In that internship period, you will be exposed to various departments in veterinary. After graduating from the college, you can find job in any government veterinary hospital or in private sector too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for this course is feasible for any middle-class family. At the time of admission, you have to deposit ?53,000. In the following years, the fee per year would be around ?50,000 on average. Altogether, you need to pay a sum of around ? 2.3 lacs for the entire course.
Campus Life
The boys to girls are almost equivalent in number. The college has reserved 85% of the total seats for its own state candidates, and the remaining 15% for the All India students or NRI quota. Therefore, you will get to see a lot of students from within the state only. But there are also students from the rest of India.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. If you wish to stay in hostel, you can opt for that. You will be sharing your room until 2nd year. After the 2nd year, each student will get an individual room.
Admission
First of all, you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in PCB in class 12. Second, you can either go via NEET UG or AIPVT. You can get admission in this college through any of these two entrance exams or any other equivalent test.
Faculty
The faculty here is highly qualified and knows their subjects well. The theory as well as the practical classes are explained in details. The teachers are friendly and will clear your doubts whenever you ask them.
