Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for the course is drafted orderly by the department which covers various important topics and subjects related to architecture and applied mathematics which would help us in the future. Apart from that examination conducted in two assessments i.e. internals and externals.

Placement Experience

RVCA is a highly reputed university fir architecture and various companies visit every year to recruit students with good packages. Also, the college trains students to start their architecture firm and be self-employed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the course costs around Rs 2.33 lakhs for the whole 5-year course. This fee is quite feasible as architecture is an experiential course and this amount doesn't put much burden on the students.

Campus Life

RVCA provides its students with various extracurricular activities as they provide various amenities and resources to students. The campus consists of a good library, sports complex, and various designing labs that students can avail of for their projects.

Admission

I got my admission in the RVCA through my marks in NATA examination. After that, I filled my online admission form through the official website and then got selected in the college through the merit list. After that, I visited the campus and signed up the formalities.

I am really happy with the faculty members of my department as they are highly educated and very humble. They help students in every way possible and teach us in a very conceptual way with examples and case studies. Also, various field trips are conducted for students by the teachers.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

Comprehensive review of architecture curriculum

So I choose this college over Sushant school of architecture as this has more exposure compared to that there all high society or high class elite students come to college who actually don't care about learning anything and just come with their luxury cars have fun attend fests and go and that's how the faculty is they also don't care about teaching those students....my brother studied from there only so I got to know about that college. I applied for cept university ahmedabad and I couldn't get there as they needed nata score of atleast 150 out of 200 and mine was not this much so my second preference which was rv I got into it. Eligibility criteria is you should pass nata exam which is minimum 70 marks are required out of 200 and in 12 minimum 50% is required to eligible for architecture colleges in india according to council of architecture....Read More
