Manipur University has been the right choice fr me and I can say that now since the effect it had on my professional career has been astounding. With my dream to enter research field, the university has been a positive influence.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course for masters in arts in the subject of Sociology is fo two years. The subjects have credits and students would have to study hard to ensure that they are able to receive the desired credits which will lead to the successful completion of the course.
Placement Experience
I have never really found out about the placement options in my college since I did not have a plan to sit for interviews that were provided by the college as I wanted to venture into the research field. But my friends have been placed with the help of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible since the total fee amount for two years is approximately Rs. 11000. However, there are certain other payment details that are given by the college which may include the registration fee, examination fee, and others.
Campus Life
The college has events such as webinars, fitness challenges, quizzes, sports, and cultural events, debates, etc. which are organized by the students and the staff members of the college where you will find many people taking part including the faculties.
Admission
After completing my graduation in Sociology I had to move to Manipur due to some family reasons. This is why I applied to Manipur University since it was a very well-known university in the state and I was selected since I had good results in my graduation.
Faculty
It is a great blessing to have teachers who are not only guides but are also like your friend. My teachers were the same way and I have even stayed in contact with many of them to date which says a lot about the kind of influence that they had made in my life.
