I had joined in many conference conducted by the college and many knowledgeable topics are raised interest in many students. It is best college for research students to gain experience. College management is good and faculties supported us a lot.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course covers most of the important papers such as Sociolinguistics, Psycholinguistics, Neurolinguistics, Anthropological Linguistics, Dissertation etc. The internal exam was conducted on week to make students improve during their external exams.
Placement Experience
Students can do their minor research topics under their teachers guidance. Our college provides work as a project assistants for the passed out students in a research field. College provide mock interview session for students.
College Events
Our college celebrates rival day every year. Another event we celebrate are Ganapati pooja and Diwali. They are many competition takes place in that poetry competition was actively participated by many students. And our conduct seminar on various topics such as language contact situations in India, India languages with multiple writing system. Our college conducts many workshops such as workshop on language contact, Noun modifying expressions in South Asian languages.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure was feasible. Fees payment was payed in demand draft. The fees was paid in semester wise. For first semester the fees amount is ?3150 and for other semesters the fees amount is ?3050.
Campus Life
College celebrates cultural event where many competitions and entertainment takes place such as singing, dancing, drama, quizzes etc. In extracurricular activities the sports are actively participated by students. Some outdoor games like football and volleyball and indoor games like chess, carom etc are played by students. There is no politics in the college.
Admission
I got my admission based on UGC NET exam with JRF and I scored good marks in the exam I applied to the college and submitted my application process to the college. I applied for the course that I want to study.
Faculty
College has excellent experienced faculties and they have done their research in various topics. Most of our faculties are PhD holders. They are interactive with students and helps them. The college has Assistant professors, Research assistants and other staff members are helpful and encouraging towards students.
