Remarks
I would say its a value for money institute. The fee is nominal but any day not close to the llms or other excellent institutes. So in Delhi its a good one.
Entrance Preview
It was guru gobind singh indraprastha university. I scored 21st rank in the entrance exam. This is based out of Delhi and also has good placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very well created. I did my specialization in finance. The first year was general for all while in the second year I appeared for subjects specialized in finance.
Internships Opportunities
There were lot of companies which visited the campus which includes wipro,tata consultancy services,icici bank. The stipend in general offered was 10,000.
Placement Experience
The placement were awesome. Lot of companies visited campus. The package offered were between 400000 to 1200000. The companies were Exl,wipro, tata consultancy services,sapient.
College Events
There were many events which were celebrated during 2 years such as exuberance which is organized annually at a very large scale. Also we had few other internal events such as stock stimulating games.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We had 2 type of fee structures that is free seat and paid seat. In the free seat I studied I paid a total of about 60 thousand rupees. The fees for the paid seat was about 120000. This is because its a government college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I believe banks can finance since its a government college and fee is very nominal as compared to other masters college which runs into lakhs.
Campus Life
There we have not too many activities and those which were organized were done by the students and as this is a government institute funds were a major issue.
Hostel Facilities
We have in campus hostel facility available but it is provided only to outstation students at a nominal fees of 3000 per month. The pg outside is available at 6000 with food.
Alumni/Alumna
We have annual alumni meet held generally in the month of January. I won't rate the alumni very well organized. There is scope of improvement. The alumni are well placed.
Exam Structure
It was not very hectic. I would rate it as a chilled out college. We have 4 semesters happened ending ever y 6 months during the 2 years tenure.
Faculty
All the faculty was highly qualified. Many of them Were doctorate in their fields. There was a lot of practical exposure in the two years which we spend at the institution.
