Entrance Preview

CET which is conducted by IPU itself. I got rank 11.As i found it near my home and it offers MBA in very less fee 1 Lakh of the whole course.

Course Curriculum Overview

In First Year ,You have to study all the subjectsIn Final year .You have to choose you specialization among Finance , Marketing,Human Resources,International Business and Information Technology.

Internships Opportunities

Internship Experience was very bad only few students got internship from campus without any stipend . SMC , Amrapali, Crimson Logic were the companies who came to recruit interns from our campus.

Placement Experience

Placement Opportunities are very bright this year as the Corporate Relation Cell is working very hard to get the companies to our campus , till the date around 20 students have been placed out of 150 .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible 53000 for first year in which 5000 was the security fee which we shall get after complition of our course . 47000 in the second year.overall 1 lakh included 5000 security fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Schlorship is given to the students who are financial backward . They can avail the scholorship by filling a form .

Campus Life

Gender ratio would be around 6:4 , 6 boys to 4 girls.We have 3 hostel parties , Freshers , New year and Farewell.sporty culture in thee university as we have different coaches for different sports .

Exam Structure

We have our exams twice in a whole semester. Minors , in mid of sem to evaluate internal marks . Mains , in the end of sem.

They are very good . All the teachers are very well qualified and have a decent knowledge about their subjects to teach .But the Practical knowledge is not that good as i have mentioned it above.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

My Experience at USMS, GGSIU

The biggest reason to pursue MBA from USMS is that it is affiliated to GGSIU and the course fee is so affordable. Apart from that, the placement rate achieved every year remains constant i.e. more than 75% are placed on- campus and the rest get selected off campus. Also, the admission procedure is too easy to get into it. Since I was eligible, I filled the application form which was made available from Feb- May and further I appeared in the entrance test i.e. IPU-CET.
