Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite detailed. It becomes more and more rigorous once we reach the final years. We have in total five years of study required to complete the course. Anyhow the course is very useful and covers all the major topics.
Placement Experience
The college is quite reputed which helps the students in getting placed in good hospitals. Every year a lot of students get placed in reputed hospitals mostly in the country and some abroad. We are also asked to indulge in a compulsory internship which is a great opportunity for us to gain practice.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is quite high. We have to pay 500,000 per year which amounts to 2,000,000 for the whole course. The college does provide scholarships for those who secured high marks in NEET exam. They also have an EMI scheme of collecting fees for those who find it hard to afford this amount I hear.
Campus Life
Outdoor and indoor games are provided for the leisure of the students. We have facility to play volleyball, football, basketball, table tennis, Carrom, chess and all of the other commonly played games at the college.
Admission
Awadh Dental College is known for the best facilities it offers for the students which is quite an important factor in the medical field. Students who secured 50% marks in +2 and have attempted NEET are eligible to apply to the course. Both these scores are considered for admission.
Faculty
The faculty is quite experienced and very supportive. Most of our teachers have been in the field for over ten years. They are patient enough to clear all our doubts for every section. They also give a lot if importance to work ethics and encourage us to do so which is one thing I found commendable.
