My overall experience at the university has been great and I have made a wonderful choice to come here to pursue my education. College provides students with a good learning environment where students can study and enjoy their campus life without any hindrance.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus for BE is designed well by the faculty members which helps students to grasp important knowledge regarding civil engineering with subjects like applied mathematics, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Graphics, etc alongside English to improve communication skills of students.
Placement Experience
In terms oF placement, the university has a good track record with over 90% of students getting laced every year which is a good achievement for an engineering college looking at the current situation. Also, internships are mandatory for students to gain industrial experience.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam University aims to provides good quality education with god facilities with a very feasible and middling fee that students can afford. For me, the fee structure is quite affordable and cheaper compare with other universities providing the same course.
Campus Life
The college consists of a beautiful campus with various facilities such as laboratories, canteen, medical center, auditorium, etc which students can use for their work. Apart from that college conducts various field trips and sites visited as a part of extracurricular activities through which students can learn outside the classroom.
Admission
To seek admission in the BE course you have to appear for JEE Mains examination and secure a good rank. After that, I filled the admission prospectus form from the official website and git selected on the admission list. After that, I visited the campus and booked my seat by submitting the documents and fees.
Faculty
The faculty members of my college are highly accomplished and very ardent about their job. They teach students in a very practical and conceptual way by giving various examples of case studies to them. Apart from that, they conduct various field and site visits every semester so that students can gain more knowledge.
