Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is relevant, and different projects and industrial training are provided to meet the curriculum needs. It changes every 4 years in order to accommodate current standards of the industry and also facilitate research.
Placement Experience
Training and Placement Centre of the college is responsible for ensuring placement opportunities. The students of EWCE also need to undergo a compulsory internship corporate companies and research institutes. The university conducts various seminars, workshops, group discussions, Debate, Guest lectures etc to soften the skills of the students. The students get placed in many big companies like Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc.
College Events
The college organises two major fests along with many other events throughout the year. A technical fest and a cultural fest are the two events are organised by the college. Students can also participate in various conferences and fests of other colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for this particular course is ?5 Lakh per semester including all the tuition and other fees. The Bachelor's program is of four years duration which means at the end the program will cost you ?20 Lakhs. It is quite expensive but the university provides will all the facilities and the best education.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular activities and clubs for everything, which is a great learning experience along with a lot of fun. The campus is lush green. The college provides the best facilities. Students' clubs are very productive and help you gain hands-on experience.
Admission
To get admission into East-west college of engineering, it is based upon your marks in KCET. Also to be eligible the students need to have a minimum aggregate of 50% in PUC or 12th. I applied online through the University?s Website and filled the application form of ?500.
Faculty
Faculty members here are well trained and imparts quality education in the most proper way. The teaching here includes a two-way process, which is in the form of classroom discussions. There are assignments group projects and different industrial trainings which takes place.
